• 16028/9 are rectangular with dark blue covers. They contain 192 pages (384 sides) of alternating sets of white and ivory pages.
• 17992/4 are square with black covers. They contain 96 pages (192 sides) of alternating sets of white, ivory, sand and grey pages.
