Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get materials to your studio without delay. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request if your order hasn’t yet entered the packing process (typically within 4 hours of ordering).

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods designed for artists’ needs:
  1. Standard Shipping (£12.95)
    • Carriers: DHL or FedEx
    • Processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery: 10-15 days after dispatch
    • Includes full tracking
  2. Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Processing: 1-2 business days
    • Delivery: 15-25 days after dispatch
    • Includes basic tracking
Note: We cannot ship to some remote areas and parts of Asia.
How do you protect delicate art materials during shipping?
As artists ourselves, we take extraordinary care with your materials:
  • Delicate papers are wrapped in acid-free tissue
  • Framed items receive reinforced corner protection
  • Inks and adhesives are packed with climate-conscious materials
  • All shipments are carefully boxed to prevent shifting during transit
Can I track my order?
Yes! All orders include tracking:

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date. To initiate a return:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We’ll provide return instructions
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my materials arrive damaged?
We’re so sorry if this happens! Please:
  1. Keep all original packaging
  2. Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
  3. Email these to [email protected] within 3 days of delivery
We’ll arrange for replacement items to be sent immediately at no cost to you.
