Our Return Policy
You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:
- Items must be in resalable condition – unused and with original packaging intact
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the highest standards for our artistic community, certain items cannot be returned:
- Opened adhesives & glues (due to potential contamination)
- Used blades (for safety reasons)
- Custom-cut papers and boards
- Opened acrylic & drawing inks

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
