Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to our global artistic community (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing in your country. We recommend choosing standard shipping for time-sensitive projects.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium art papers and professional supplies. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, our straightforward returns process ensures a smooth resolution.

Our Return Policy

You may return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note:

  • Items must be in resalable condition – unused and with original packaging intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality and safety standards for our artistic community, these items cannot be returned:

  • Opened adhesives & glues (due to potential contamination)
  • Used blades (for safety reasons)
  • Custom-cut papers and boards
  • Opened acrylic & drawing inks

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:
